Enhanced Out-of-Hours Services
People living in Waltham Forest are now able to make an appointment to see a GP in the evenings on weekdays and at weekends.
GP Evening appointments will be available Monday - Friday 18:30 - 21:30, evening appointments will take place at a GP Practice in Leytonstone. Appointments can only be booked by calling 0208 519 3999.
GP Weekend appointments will be available Saturday & Sunday from 08:00 - 20:00. GP appointments are available at three locations
- Chingford: Saturday 10:00 – 16:00
- Leytonstone: Saturday 10:00 – 16:00
- Walthamstow: Saturday & Sunday 08:00 – 20:00

- Monday to Friday 12:00 – 20:00
- Saturday & Sunday 08:00 – 18:00
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
