Please note we no longer accept prescription requests over the phone.

There are 4 ways to order a repeat prescription.

  • Online with Patient Access via the link at top of this page – obtain your access details from reception
  • Requesting through the NHS app -https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/
  • Contact your local pharmacy and ask to set up a repeat prescription service with them. You will need to inform them that you are registered at our practice and give them a list of your medication. We will send the prescriptions to them for you to collect.
  • Order the prescription in person at the reception desk.
  • Send us a written request with a stamped envelope enclosed, we will then send your prescription back to you in the pre-paid envelope.

We require 48 hours notice in order to process your repeat prescriptions.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
